Job Description

RSA America is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing activities across paid advertising, social media, content, and AI-powered marketing.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

· Manage company social media channels, especially LinkedIn.

· Create and manage social media content calendars.

· Design social media posts, banners, presentations, and marketing creatives using Canva.

· Create engaging marketing content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.

· Use AI tools for content creation, research, campaign planning, and marketing automation.

· Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, traffic, and conversions.

· Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.

· Conduct basic SEO, keyword, and competitor research.

· Support email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation activities.





· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, AI, and social media trends.

Required Skills

· 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

· Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

· Good knowledge of Social Media Management.

· Proficiency in Canva.

· Experience using AI tools for marketing and content creation.

· Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics 4.

· Strong communication and content writing skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign performance.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

· Experience with Meta Ads.

· Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.

· HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.

· Email marketing.

· WordPress.

· Basic video editing skills.

· B2B or SaaS marketing experience.

Ideal Candidate
