Role Description The MNC-HR Executive (Campus Hiring from Tier 1 College – AI/ML) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance standards. The HR Executive will handle employee relations activities, assist in performance management processes, and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. Daily responsibilities include coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, supporting training initiatives, addressing employee queries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery.



The role also involves contributing to HR projects and leveraging analytical thinking, including exposure to AI/ML concepts, to support data-driven HR decision-making.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid HR Management and Human Resources (HR) knowledge, with an understanding of core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including experience or coursework related to HR processes and compliance.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with exposure to AI/ML concepts or data-driven decision-making from academic projects or internships.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to work with HR systems or databases.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field from a tier 1 college is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
