Role Overview

We are looking for an AOG Coordinator to support the sales of aircraft spare parts in the aviation aftermarket, with a strong focus on urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements.

The role involves handling customer RFQs, sourcing aircraft parts, pricing and FMV assessment, quotation follow-ups, order conversion, and coordinating order fulfilment. The ideal candidate should combine aviation technical knowledge with strong sales and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to customer RFQs, particularly urgent AOG requirements from airlines, MROs, aircraft operators, and aviation customers.
- Understand aircraft part requirements including Part Numbers (P/N), quantity, condition, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source aircraft spare parts and obtain competitive pricing and availability.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and drive RFQ-to-order conversion.
- Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV)



assessments and market research to support pricing and margin decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, MROs, airlines, and industry partners.
- Manage purchase and sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Track AOG orders and ensure timely communication with customers regarding availability, shipment, and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of RFQs, quotations, customer interactions, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
- Monitor aviation aftermarket trends and identify new customers and business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of aviation/aerospace and aircraft spare parts.
- Knowledge of AOG requirements and aviation aftermarket processes.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand aircraft Part Numbers and technical requirements.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and FMV.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Office; CRM/ERP experience is preferred.

Educational & Experience Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Aviation, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience in aircraft parts sales, AOG support, aviation aftermarket, MRO, aviation procurement, or aerospace sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong aviation/aeronautical knowledge and good commercial aptitude may also be considered.
