This is an independent consulting role with Our client a leading FMCG company is looking to engage with HR- Assistant Payroll to help with:

- Support the end-to-end payroll management process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee data related to attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and salary inputs.
- Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain and update employee records and payroll-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, deductions, and payroll discrepancies.
- Support payroll-related statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS,



and other applicable requirements.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports, MIS, and other HR/payroll records.
- Support the onboarding and documentation of employees/apprentices, where applicable.
- NAPS experience is preferred, particularly experience managing apprentice payroll and related processes.
- NATS experience is preferred, particularly experience managing apprentice payroll and related processes.
- Ensure timely coordination and documentation for NAPS/NATS-related payroll activities, where applicable.
