- Work in Policy Servicing team & support in BAU as well transition activities
- Help create SOPs & PPTs as part of BAU process and audit findings
- Track project progress and ensure operational readiness for day-one cutover
- Support go-live readiness through cutover rehearsal input, business sign-off preparation and hypercare triage support (as required).
