About ChallengeRate

ChallengeRate is a B2B wholesale platform for retail distribution. We are replacing traditional distributors with a local trust network — warehouse partners, sales partners, and guarantors, each covering a local zone. We are live with areca nut (supari) as our first product category, and growing from Surat.

Role Overview

We need someone to support the sales side of a product category — working with sales partners and tracking stock. Hands-on learning in how a trade category actually runs.

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding and coordination with sales partners

Track stock levels with warehouse partners

Help resolve order or stock mismatches

Assist with daily category reporting

What We're Looking For

Student or recent graduate, interested in business or trade

Comfortable talking to partners directly

Organized, can track multiple things at once

Based in Surat, available to work in office
