Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day banking operations and customer service.
- Acquire new customers and manage existing customer relationships.
- Generate leads for CASA, loans, insurance, and other banking products.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Complete KYC, documentation, and account-opening formalities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and resolve their queries.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct market visits and build local customer networks.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking/financial sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Knowledge of banking products and KYC processes.
