Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations, while ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and effective team management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting including payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS, Cash-flow, and financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and expense control.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Review accounting entries, invoices, and financial documents for accuracy.




- Lead and supervise the Accounts team.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Operations, and Management on finance-related matters.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Experience in financial reporting, costing, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
