- Lead the design development enhancement and support of Oracle database applications and services in alignment with business requirements
- Provide technical leadership for Oracle PLSQL development including packages procedures functions triggers views and materialized views
- Drive database performance tuning query optimization indexing strategies and overall system efficiency improvements
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on complex database designs coding standards and implementation approaches to promote best practices and solution quality
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements business processes and application dependencies
- Design and govern logical and physical data models to support scalable and reliable business solutions
- Lead troubleshooting root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues and system exceptions
- Oversee version control practices code deployments release management and database change governance
- Support and guide manual execution of system processes test file validations reruns and exception handling activities as required
- Provide technical mentorship to other database developers
- Ensure effective integration and data movement across onpremises and cloudbased data warehouse and ETL environments
- Work closely with business teams to support operational processes across domains such as OTC P2P and PIM
