Developer - Microsoft Entra IGA / Identity Lifecycle Management -2-6 Yrs Exp

About the Role

We are looking for an Identity Developer with hands-on Microsoft Entra IGA experience to implement and maintain automated Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) workflows as part of our enterprise Identity Lifecycle Management program.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement end-to-end JML workflows in Microsoft Entra ID Governance (onboarding, role changes, offboarding)
- Integrate HR systems (Workday, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) with Entra ID via SCIM/HR-driven provisioning
- Develop custom workflow extensions using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
- Configure Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, and PIM as supporting governance controls
- Manage hybrid identity scenarios with Entra Connect / Cloud Sync for on-premises AD integration
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflows using audit logs and Lifecycle Workflow Insights

What You Bring

Must-have:





- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance - Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, PIM
- Solid skills with Microsoft Graph API and REST-based automation
- Experience integrating HR systems with Entra ID via SCIM or provisioning connectors
- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for scripting and automation
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust, RBAC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC

Nice-to-have:

- SC-300 certification (Identity and Access Administrator Associate)
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)
- Familiarity with ITSM integrations (ServiceNow, Jira) for lifecycle event automation
