Job Description:

- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.

- Develop Dynamics CRM Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities using C#.

- Configure and customize Dynamics CRM including business rules, security roles, solutions, and business processes.

- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.

- Design and develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.

- Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Dynamics Web API, REST APIs, and Azure Integration Services.

- Work with API Integration, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Web APIs for enterprise integration requirements.

- Develop and maintain PCF controls for Dynamics 365 / Power Apps.

- Create and execute unit test cases for Plugins and JavaScript using JEST.

- Perform solution import/export and manage CRM deployments across environments.

- Troubleshoot integration, CRM customization, and application issues.

- Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and other technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
