Job Description: SAP ABAP Development for HANA

- As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to enhance and optimize application components.
- The work environment encourages the use of modern development methodologies and frameworks to ensure the delivery of efficient, scalable, and high-quality software that meets evolving business requirements.
- Problem-solving and iterative improvement are key aspects of daily activities, fostering innovation and adaptability within dynamic project settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom enhancements and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA platforms.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality code to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
