Your JobAs an SAP OTC Analyst at Koch, you will design, configure and support Order-to-Cash solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and global technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, resolve complex business challenges and support key enhancements and transformation initiatives.Our TeamYou will be part of the Georgia-Pacific Building Products IT organisation and work within the Order-to-Cash team. The team collaborates closely with business subject-matter experts and SAP functional and technical resources to support business operations, enhancements and strategic projects.What You Will DoDesign, configure and enhance SAP Order-to-Cash solutions across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori and integrated applicationsPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutionsAnalyse complex business challenges and recommend solutions aligned with broader business strategiesSupport SAP upgrades, enhancements, implementations and future technology initiativesDrive solution delivery across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and post-production supportTroubleshoot SAP OTC issues and support users with business-critical incidents and day-to-day requirementsDevelop functional specifications, configuration documents, test plans and solution documentationPerform unit and integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testingCollaborate with SAP functional, technical and integration teams across a global delivery modelParticipate in the on-call support rotation and demonstrate ownership,



proactive communication and continuous learningWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)8+ years of experience working with SAP Order to CashExperience designing, configuring and implementing SAP OTC solutionsHands-on configuration experience in contracts, order management, pricing, billing, advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP), EDI and master dataExperience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementationKnowledge of Order-to-Cash business processes and integration with external applicationsExperience analysing and troubleshooting SAP OTC-related issuesWritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business usersWhat Will Put You AheadExperience with ORTEC solutionsExperience with SAP Vistex or rebate managementSAP ABAP troubleshooting and debugging knowledgeExperience in the consumer products or process manufacturing industryAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
