Position Summary:
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for executing day-to-day finance operations for Costcos India GCC, including accounts payable, expense claims, payroll support, statutory payments, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and financial record maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, timeliness, and solid operational discipline while supporting the Finance Manager on tax, audit, compliance, and regulatory activities. The successful candidate will help ensure finance processes remain compliant, efficient, and scalable, while being cross trained across key finance and compliance activities to support business continuity and the GCCs growth

Job Duties/Essential Functions:
Accounts Payable & Expense Processing: Review and verify GCC vendor invoices for accuracy and policy compliance; coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies Process vendor invoices in the accounting system,



obtain required payment approvals in accordance with the GCC Procurement Policy and initiate vendor payments through approved banking channels Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with GCC policies, apply policy-based approval or rejection decisions following manager authorization and ensure timely reimbursement of approved claims
Payroll & Statutory Payments: Receive salary inputs from HR Operations, review and submit payroll inputs to the payroll provider, verify payroll outputs, and account for payroll expenses Manage payroll tax compliance, including tax calculations, remittances, statutory returns, and related filings Collate statutory payment inputs, verify and account for transactions, obtain required approvals, process statutory payments, and maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations and Costcos record-retention policy
Month-End Close & Reconciliations (Support): Execute month-end and period-end close activities in the accounting system and support revenue computation and intercompany invoicing P
