We are particularly seeking individuals with strong in-house payroll experience for a 12 months contractual role. As a key member of our team, you will independently manage and execute in-house end to end payroll processing and administration. Your expertise in maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations,
and addressing payroll-related inquiries will be crucial in supporting our financial operations and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Independently manage and execute end to end in-house payroll processing and administration.
• Prepares accurate payroll tax returns and other year-end reports.
• Initiates and processes payroll tax deposits internally to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
• Gathers and prepares payroll data and creates payroll reports using KEKA software.
• Maintains Employee Profiles in prevailing accounting payroll softwar
