As a Private Asset Valuation Vice President in the Global Special Situations team, you own periodic valuations across a range of private credit and private equity assets and deliver reporting to a broad stakeholder base. You serve as the primary point of coordination between external valuers, the investment team, the finance team, and the Chief Investment Officers to ensure accuracy, robust controls, and timely delivery in line with fund governing documents and fair value standards. You partner with the Head of Finance, the Chief Operating Officer, deal support, and marketing to translate portfolio activity into explicit financial insights.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end periodic valuations across the private asset portfolio, spanning private credit (performing, stressed, and distressed) and private equity investments
• Coordinate the valuation process across external valuers, the investment team, the finance team,



and the Chief Investment Officers to ensure timely and accurate delivery aligned to fund governing documents and fair value standards
• Direct preparation and reconciliation of quarterly net asset values, financial statements, income and expense accruals, commitments, and related fund accounting activities
• Oversee accounting for portfolio companies, including wholly owned fund subsidiaries and operating companies
• Review fund administrator work outputs to confirm quality standards and delivery timelines are met
• Produce daily reporting covering profit and loss, cash, and expenses, highlighting key drivers and trends
• Partner with the broader team and key stakeholders to deliver portfolio and investor information that supports decision-making
• Prepare materials for valuation and risk committees and support fund board meetings, including board packs and minute-taking
