As a Managed Services - DORA - Senior Manager you will lead client support work focused on outsourced process delivery, quality control monitoring, data review and processing, and resolution of escalations and queries within our Managed Services practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, guide teams through complexity, use sound judgment to decide when to act or elevate issues, and bring clear communication, strategic thinking,
and coaching to help teams deliver results.
