Job Title - Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – ExamDeveloper

Summary

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you are a highly skilled individual contributor recognized as a technical authority for quality within your area. You lead quality engineering strategy and execution for one or more product squads, combining hands-on testing and automation with release-quality accountability and technical guidance for other quality engineers.

You design advanced test strategies that anticipate complex system interactions, integration risks, and failure modes, and you establish an automation-first approach with complete, visible coverage. You are frequently consulted on the most challenging defects, complex integrations, performance and reliability concerns, and critical release decisions. You lead through expertise rather than formal authority — mentoring quality engineers, improving practices, and helping teams make sound quality and release decisions. You partner closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Product Architects, Dev Leads, DevOps, security, accessibility,

and vendor teams to protect candidate experience, delivery reliability, and product quality.
