We're a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our People team. You'll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Senior HR Specialist, you will serve as the primary HR presence for our India-based employees, owning the full employee lifecycle with a high degree of autonomy. This is currently a remote role based in India, with a requirement to work EMEA-aligned hours to support close collaboration with our global People Business Partner team. Please note that we may ask the successful candidate to work from the office in future.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will own India HR operations end-to-end, from day one orientation through offboarding, while keeping a sharp eye on statutory compliance, employee experience, and a culture that reflects our values.

• Lead and own India-specific onboarding orientation, ensuring every current hire has a structured, compliant, and welcoming first experience, including statutory documentation, system setup in Pluxee, and benefits enrollment.

• Own the India offboarding process from initiation through completion:



exit interviews, no-dues clearance, experience letter issuance, statutory settlements, and HRIS updates.

• Serve as the India subject matter expert for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, including Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) coordination, annual awareness training, complaint handling, and annual reporting to the employer and District Officer in accordance with the POSH Act, 2013.

• Administer India statutory benefits and compliance, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), National Pension Scheme (NPS), Gratuity, and Professional Tax (PT), liaising with vendors and government portals to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• Manage group health, accident, and life insurance plans for India employees: coordinate renewals, additions, deletions, and employee claims support with insurance providers.
