Overview:
Join Xerox as an HR Analyst, People Operations, within our Global Business Services (GBS) team in India. In this role, you will coordinate employee onboarding activities, from pre-onboarding documentation through new-hire integration, ensuring a smooth and timely employee experience.



You will also support employee data management, payroll coordination, HR service requests, documentation, reporting, and employee lifecycle activities while collaborating with Recruitment, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other People Operations teams.
