What you can do with us:

· You will take over the disciplinary leadership of the team members in India.
· You plan and promote personnel development in order to meet current and future requirements.
· You ensure agile processes and methods in the projects (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Servant Leadership, Management 3.0).
· You will coach and advise team members for their role as agile DevOps leaders
· You will support the development and expansion of the team and processes within the framework of global sourcing.
· You will be responsible for planning, monitoring and managing projects with internal and external employees in an international workplace.
