Trackbeat builds wireless vibration, temperature, and magnetic-field sensors paired with cloud-based machine learning to detect failures in rotating industrial equipment weeks before they happen. The product is ready and currently in testing, with active pilot traction including SAP Swiss and Swilum. We're a lean, three-person founding team based in Halton Hills, Ontario, moving rapid to bring predictive maintenance to Ontario manufacturers who currently rely on reactive or calendar-based maintenance. This is a ground-floor sales hire on our offshore team: you'll work remotely alongside the co-founder who currently owns all customer-facing activity, driving pipeline into Ontario manufacturers and channel partners from outside Canada.

The Role

We're hiring an offshore Sales Representative / Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline across our two go-to-market tracks: direct sales to manufacturer end-users (plant managers, maintenance managers) and channel partnerships with system integrators and reliability/predictive-maintenance service firms.



Target verticals include injection moulding, electronics assembly (SMT lines), food and beverage packaging, automotive, medical device assembly, and wire/coil winding. This is a fully remote, offshore position — no onshore/Canada-based presence is required or expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Run outbound prospecting remotely — cold calling, voicemail follow-up, and email outreach — to plant and maintenance managers at Ontario manufacturers.
• Use LinkedIn (standard search and/or Sales Navigator) to identify, filter, and qualify prospects by title, industry, company size, and region across the manufacturer and channel-partner tracks.
• Use Apollo.io to research target accounts and contacts, enrich records with verified emails/phone numbers, and build and export targeted prospect lists for outreach sequences.
