Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development / Pre-Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging prospective learners and parents in US time zones, introducing Bhanzu’s programs, and managing inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online channels.



You will conduct needs assessments, provide program overviews and demos, address queries, and guide prospects through the enrollment journey. Daily responsibilities include lead qualification, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and sharing insights from customer interactions to refine outreach strategies. You will be expected to meet pre-sales targets, uphold high standards of customer service, and represent Bhanzu’s mission and values in every interaction.
