Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP EWM Technical Consultant for a remote contract engagement. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in SAP ABAP development with hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including 2–3 end-to-end implementation projects.
The consultant will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting custom ABAP solutions for SAP EWM, collaborating with functional consultants, and delivering technical solutions aligned with warehouse business processes and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom ABAP programs and enhancements for SAP EWM.
• Work closely with SAP EWM functional consultants to understand business requirements and prepare technical specifications.




• Develop and enhance reports, interfaces, forms, user exits, BADIs, BAPIs, and enhancement implementations.
• Implement custom logic for warehouse processes, including inbound processing, outbound processing, warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, and inventory management.
• Develop and troubleshoot EWM-related interfaces and integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and other systems.
• Work on SAP EWM-specific enhancements, function modules, classes, methods, and custom objects.
• Debug standard SAP EWM processes and custom developments to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize ABAP code performance and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical design documents, test scenarios, and other project documentation.
