Role Description The Garment Technologist at Olympia Sourcing Limited is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur. The role developing and reviewing construction details, measurements, and technical specifications. overseeing sample development, conducting fittings, and ensuring that garments meet fit, quality, and performance standards.



The Garment Technologist will work closely with merchandising, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues, improve construction methods, and optimize cost and efficiency. The role also includes monitoring production processes, providing technical guidance to factories, and maintaining consistent quality across all styles and orders.
Qualifications

• Robust garment construction skills, including pattern understanding, sewing techniques, and ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Experience in quality control and fitting, including conducting fit sessions, measuring samples, and ensuring product consistency.
