We’re looking for Workday Developers highly skilled in configuring, developing, and optimizing Workday solutions across HCM and Financials. It's a outstanding fit for people who enjoy owning the Workday platform end-to-end, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams.
What you’ll build and own
• Develop, configure, and maintain Workday solutions across HCM, Financials, and related modules.
• Design and build integrations between Workday and internal or third-party applications.
• Develop custom applications and workflow enhancements, including Workday Extend solutions when applicable.
• Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business and analytics needs.
• Configure and maintain business processes and role-based security models aligned with compliance requirements.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and deployments across sandbox and production tenants.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, reporting, and data issues, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Core Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday technical development experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Advanced Workday reporting skills, including matrix, composite, and BIRT reports and complex calculated fields.
