Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for parking infrastructure projects. This role involves identifying relevant tenders,



analyzing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. The Tendering Manager will collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and project teams to align bids with client requirements, company capabilities, and pricing strategies. Daily activities include maintaining tender trackers, liaising with clients and vendors, reviewing contract terms, and supporting negotiations to secure profitable and compliant projects. The role also includes monitoring market trends, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements in tender management.
