Job Description:

Job Purpose

To lead and manage all AFR activities including sourcing, testing, pre-processing, storage, and co-processing of alternative fuels and raw materials to maximize TSR, reduce fuel costs, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain environmental compliance.

Key Job Challenges

- Achieve targeted TSR (%) through optimum AFR utilization.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability and quality of AFR materials.
- Maintain smooth kiln operation while increasing AFR consumption.
- Ensure safe, pollution-free operations and statutory compliance.
- Execute AFR-related improvement and CAPEX projects.

Major KRAs

AFR Sourcing & Development

- Ensure continuous availability of AFR materials.
- Develop new AFR sources and suppliers.

AFR Operations
- Manage receipt, storage, processing, and feeding of AFR.
- Achieve targeted AFR consumption and TSR.

Quality Management
- Ensure testing and quality compliance of AFR materials.
- Maintain stable process and product quality.





Safety & Workplace
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Promote zero-harm and pollution-free operations.

Maintenance & Reliability
- Improve availability and reliability of AFR equipment.
- Minimize downtime and operational interruptions.

Projects & Cost Optimization
- Execute AFR-related CAPEX and improvement projects.
- Drive fuel cost reduction and operational efficiency.

People & Stakeholder Management
- Develop team capability and performance.
- Coordinate with Process, QC, Mechanical, Materials, and external agencies.

Direct Reports

SH AFR (Lab):Manage AFR testing, laboratory operations, quality compliance, and certification of AFR materials.

SH AFR (Processing):Manage AFR receiving, storage, processing, feeding systems, and achievement of operational targets.
