Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, results-driven Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our retail operations. You will serve as the primary leader on the ground—managing team performance, maximizing sales profitability, and delivering an exceptional in-store brand experience. Key Responsibilities

- Staff Management & Leadership

- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor store associates and supervisors.

- Sales & Financial Performance

- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

- Inventory & Visual Merchandising

- Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.

- Software: Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and MS Office / Google Workspace.

- Physical & Schedule Flexibility: Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by retail traffic.
