Responsibilities :
• Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation for cable exports.
• Ensure documentation is prepared accurately and within defined timelines.
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) shipments and coordinate with banks for necessary lodgement/document submission.
• Coordinate with plant, CHA and logistics service providers (LSPs) for timely execution of export shipments.
• Coordinate physical loading of export consignments at CFS/factory locations.
• Coordinate with LSPs for timely release of Bill of Lading (BL) and monitor consignments until destination.
• Track export shipments end-to-end and ensure timely movement and delivery.
• Monitor freight rates against tender prices and identify opportunities for cost reduction.




• Drive reduction in FOB cost through effective logistics planning and vendor coordination.
• Handle export-related billing activities and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for vendor bill processing and settlement.
• Prepare and maintain accurate export MIS, including freight provisions, cable exports and other relevant EXIM information.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly MIS as per defined timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Plant, Finance, Commercial, CHA and Logistics Service Providers for seamless export execution.
