2. Collaborate
with all plant network operations teams and leads

3. Ensure
network & security availability/compliance is maintained across TEPL IT Infrastructure

4. Lead
implementation of Network and security solutions across TEPL IT landscape.

Responsibilities

- Network Deployment
& Setup (20%)

o Deploy active network components for new setups and line conversions.
Implement TEPL standards for device hardening

o Establish passive IT infrastructure for shop floors

o Support PoC for new network solutions

o Build enterprise Fiber backbone with redundancy and provision ISP
Internet/WAN links.

- Operations &
Support (40%)

o Manage network support operations and resolve reported issues promptly

o Monitor uplinks/interfaces for errors to ensure connectivity for
manufacturing applications

o Maintain network hygiene (active/passive), handle escalations, and
ensure device availability

o Coordinate repairs, manage shift rosters, and maintain health
checklists.

- Compliance &
Security (10%)

o Ensure network devices comply with ES security controls

o Remediate audit and vulnerability findings

o Maintain updated inventory and enforce hardening guidelines





o Back up configurations to meet RTO objectives for BCP scenarios.

- Incident &
Change Management (10%)

o Lead critical incident resolution, perform RCA, and track preventive
actions

o Enforce change control processes, prevent unauthorized changes, and
document all changes in ITSM

o Review change plans and ensure SLA adherence.

- Business
Continuity & Disaster Recovery (10%)

o Participate in DR/BCP planning and work on BCP Process

o Prepare spare devices to meet RTO in case of hardware failure.

- Documentation
(10%)

o Review and version-control critical documents

o Incorporate any network changes into documentation

o Ensure accessibility for the team when required.

Qualifications

· experience, with networking (firewalls, switches, routers, LAN, proxy, load
balancers)

· Experience managing
large IT infrastructure;

o Manage network support operations and resolve reported issues promptly

o Monitor uplinks/interfaces for errors to ensure connectivity for
manufacturing applications

o Maintain network hygiene (active/passive), handle escalations, and
ensure device availability

o Coordinate repairs, manage shift rosters, and maintain health
