Description
• Design and deliver programs to attract and retain talent for a fast-growing business • Partner with the L&D; team to build talent at scale • Partner with the COOs office to transform candidate and employee experience for the integrated One Data organization • Work with key stakeholders for Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, Performance Management, and strategic HR interventions. • Bring incisive perspectives and innovative approaches to solve for talent challenges • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; • Partner with leadership to provide guidance and support on HR initiatives; • Lead and manage HR projects and programs; • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR issues; • Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives; • Build solid relationships with stakeholders across the organization; • Provide HR expertise and advisory support on employee relations, talent management, and performance management; • Analyze HR metrics and data to improve HR processes and practices; • Stay current on HR best practices and employment laws; • Develop and mentor HR team members to build a high-performing HR function.

Certifications
