Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Cloud / Dev Ops Architect!

In this role, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform for product development purposes. You will leverage your extensive experience to drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and staying abreast of industry trends to continuously improve our infrastructure and practices.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and CI/CD frameworks across products
- Define Dev Ops strategy, tooling standards, and automation principles in alignment with business goals
- Oversee governance and compliance initiatives related to security, observability, and change management
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, Dev Ops leads, and platform teams across global locations
- Collaborate with architecture and product leadership to align Dev Ops roadmaps with application needs
- Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to continuously improve platform performance
- Drive initiatives to improve infrastructure cost optimization, reliability, and resiliency
- Own documentation, KPIs, and dashboards that measure Dev Ops effectiveness across function

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- Relevant number of years of experience in Dev Ops, cloud platforms, and infrastructure architecture
- Proven leadership in designing and scaling Azure-based development and automation ecosystems
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible), and platform observability
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS) and microservices security patterns




- Hands-on experience integrating Dev Ops with compliance, security, and monitoring frameworks
- Advanced scripting and development skills across languages and automation stacks

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

- Master’s degree in computer science or engineering-related field
- Microsoft Certified Azure Architect or similar advanced cloud certifications
- Experience leading Dev Ops strategy in enterprise or multi-tenant SaaS environments
- Familiarity with platform engineering, site reliability engineering, and Fin Ops practices
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and high accountability
