Responsibilities
• Create and maintain electrical component libraries in EPLAN (symbols, macros, device and part master data).
• Maintain library data to the client standards (naming, structure, attributes), and keep it consistent across projects.
• Support ongoing electrical schematic work that uses the libraries.
• Take over the existing EPLAN library work through a structured knowledge transfer and continue it without a gap.
• Document library practices and handover notes.
Must-have skills
• Hands-on EPLAN library creation: symbols, macros, part and device data.
• Strong electrical schematic fundamentals and component knowledge.
• Valuable communication; able to absorb a handover quickly.
Good to have
• E3.series library creation (strong plus).
• Semiconductor or industrial machinery electrical design background.




• Understanding of data management and PLM or ERP part number linkage
• Notes for the vendor search
• Search keywords: EPLAN Electric P8, EPLAN library, EPLAN macros, EPLAN part master data, E3.series, component library, symbol creation, electrical CAD librarian.
• Prefer people who built libraries, not only those who used them in schematics. Ask for one example of a library they created.
• Candidates with both EPLAN and E3 library experience are the highest priority.
• Candidates currently based in Chennai who are willing to relocate to Bangalore are fine, but confirm willingness in writin
