Summary
We are seeking a seasoned qualified to lead development and operational strategies within the Service Now Hardware Asset Management (HAM) ecosystem. This pivotal role combines high-level technical leadership with hands-on development to optimize asset lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will drive incident resolution, manage complex service level agreements, and facilitate seamless vendor coordination. By leveraging deep expertise in Service Now configuration and enhancements, this position ensures robust tracking of advanced shipping notices and devices, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through thorough root cause analysis and comprehensive knowledge documentation.
Responsibilities

- Spearhead L2 and L3 technical support initiatives, ensuring rapid and effective incident management and resolution.

- Oversee the enforcement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards of service delivery and issue resolution.

- Manage the integration and processing of Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) updates to ensure accurate inventory data.

- Coordinate with external vendors to streamline device tracking and enhance supply chain visibility.





- Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and lead the creation of detailed knowledge base documentation.

- Architect and execute development, configuration, and enhancement projects specifically tailored for Service Now HAM capabilities.

- Direct the end-to-end management of the asset lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector.

- Proven expertise in L2/L3 Technical Support, Incident Management, and SLA governance.

- Strong background in handling ASN updates, vendor coordination, and device tracking mechanisms.

- Demonstrated ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and produce high-quality technical documentation.

- Advanced proficiency in Service Now Hardware Asset Management (HAM), including custom development and system configuration.

- Extensive experience in managing the full spectrum of asset lifecycle activities.
