IMD DATA OPERATIONS – MAINTENANCE PROCESS SPECIALIST
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated qualified to lead the maintenance and operational integrity of critical industrial data systems. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and reliability of engineering documentation and safety protocols within the IT Services sector. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical engineering data and operational safety requirements, playing a vital part in maintaining seamless workflow management and adhering to rigorous safety standards.
Responsibilities

- Manage and update Process Safety Information (PSI) to ensure all records reflect current operational realities.

- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of safety systems, including those operating in bypass modes, to mitigate risk.

- Create, maintain, and verify comprehensive engineering documentation in alignment with industry standards.

- Utilize 2D and 3D CAD software to interpret and generate technical drawings and schematics.

- Leverage Bentley ALIM software for advanced asset lifecycle management and data integration.

- Execute Management of Change (MOC)



procedures to ensure all modifications are safely reviewed and approved.

- Coordinate and track work order management activities to maintain operational efficiency.

- Uphold strict Process Safety standards throughout all maintenance and data operations.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial maintenance or data operations.

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Process Safety Information and related safety system protocols.

- Have proven expertise in managing Engineering Documentation and utilizing 2D/3D CAD tools.

- Familiarity with MOC Processes and Work Order Management systems is essential.

- Prior experience with Bentley ALIM software is highly preferred.

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of Process Safety in all operational tasks.

Requirements
Process Safety Information, Safety Systems in Bypass, Engineering Documentation, Asset Data Management, 2D/3D CAD. Bentley ALIM is an added advantage. MOC Processes, Work Order Management, Process Safety, Audits, Risk Reviews, HAZOP Recommendations.
