Your key responsibilities

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Javascript

- Familiarity with Testing Automation tools and frameworks

- Analyze complex requirements and design effective test cases

- Hands-on experience with ATF in Service Now

- Work with developers, business analyst and stakeholders to define the testing requirements

- Create test cases, and develop automated testing scripts using frameworks like ATF, Selenium





- Robust knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather testing requirements

Your skills and experience

The person required for the above position should have the following profile:

- 5-8 years of Service Now Testing Experience

- Service Now in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM

- Proficiency with Service Now Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations

- Good understanding of REST API testing and validation

- Proficiency in using JIRA, Service Now for defect tracking

- Perform functional, regression, system integration, performance testing

- Maintain Test Case documentation, reports, test artifacts

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
