Job Description: Head, Sales & Marketing– Power ElectronicsThis is a strategic leadership role based in Bangalore, and will be accountable for the go-to-market leadership, pipeline discipline, pricing and contracting governance, and technical?commercial excellence across target segments within Power electronics. The Sales & Marketing Head will work closely with the business unit and be part P&L; Activity, Risk review process, and the Power Electronics Sales and Marketing process.Key Responsibilities:Lead sales strategy and business development for AC-DC/DC-DC converters, BESS, and central inverters across industrial and utility-scale markets.Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and key account management (OEMs, EPCs, IPPs, utilities).Oversee pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and margin protection.Provide technical-commercial leadership on power conversion topologies, grid integration, and compliance.Manage forecasting, competitive analysis, and track technology evolution, standards/regulations,
