Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation using Selenium and Playwright, hands-on experience in mobile application testing, and a solid understanding of SQL queries and database validation. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in identifying quality risks, and demonstrate flexibility to support project deadlines, including extended work hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare comprehensive test strategies and test cases.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

Conduct testing of web and mobile applications across multiple platforms and devices.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects through their lifecycle.

Perform database validation using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Review requirements and provide early feedback to prevent defects.

Generate test execution reports, quality metrics, and release readiness assessments.

Support critical project milestones and be willing to work extended hours when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

6 to 7 years of experience in Software Testing .





Proven experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Robust hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation Framework.

Hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing (Android and iOS platforms).

Moderate knowledge of SQL for database testing and data validation.

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools . Preferrable Jira and Azure Devops

Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation execution in DevOps environments.

Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SVN.

Experience with cloud-based test platforms is an added advantage.
