Key Responsibilities:

- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and fund transfers.
- Handle demand drafts (DD), mail transfers (MC), and vault/teller box custody.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily tallies with zero error.
- Identify counterfeit currency and adhere to strict security/KYC guidelines.
- Spot basic customer needs and refer clients to branch representatives

AM / PAM CASA JD

- CASA Acquisition: Source Current-To-Bank (NTB) Current and Savings Accounts adhering to quality, segment, and balance-criteria mix. [1, 2]
- Catchment Mapping: Work with branch managers to map local catchments, run corporate/residential campaigns, and generate customer referrals. [1, 2]
