The candidate should have following...
1.Procurement background in fabrication or other relevent industires.
2. Hands-on SAP/ERPLN and MS Office.
3.Negotiation Skill with Analytical mindset.
4. Effective coordination and expediting.
5.Vendor Search, Assessment, and Development.
6.Positive communication i.e. Oral, Written
7.Co-ordination between different internal departments, like PMG, Design, F&A;, Logistics/Store, Planning etc.
8.Built a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
9.Any other activity required to improve the effectiveness of procurements.
10.Should be able to analyze the current market situation and be able to take decisions appropriately.
