- The Outbound Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of outbound operations in a large-scale apparel distribution center including store replenishment, dispatch planning and transportation coordination.
- The role owns service level adherence across all outbound channels through effective planning, execution, manpower management, WMS governance and operational controls.
Responsible for achieving best-in-class performance across dispatch accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, inventory integrity, transportation utilization and customer service metrics.
Lead large multi-shift teams while ensuring operational excellence through structured performance reviews, process compliance, safety governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
