Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate and diagnose fixes required within the Infor Nexus (TMS) application related to the integration.
- Analyze disconnects to understand information flow between Nexus and Fusion, and the downstream flow to 3PL.
- Advise on Nexus-side data handling, acknowledgements, and exception routing.
- Support end-to-end testing and reconciliation of order and shipment data through Nexus.
- Partner with the Integration Lead and Logistics/3PL teams on remediation.
