Role Description The Senior Solutions Architect is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that align Pakt's AI hiring platform with client requirements and technical environments. This role involves collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to understand business objectives, translate them into solution architectures, and lead technical discussions with prospective and existing customers. The Senior Solutions Architect will conduct discovery sessions, analyze current systems and business processes, define integration patterns,



and produce technical artifacts such as solution designs, data flow diagrams, and implementation plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on best practices, guiding implementation and integration activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring performance, scalability, security, and reliability of deployed solutions. The role also contributes to product feedback, creates reusable solution templates, supports pre-sales efforts, and mentors junior team members on architecture standards and client-facing delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based and enterprise solutions.
- Experience in Consulting, with the ability to lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into technical requirements, and present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on background in Software Development, with proficiency in modern programming languages, APIs, and microservices, and the ability to review and guide implementation.
- Expertise in Integration, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and connecting SaaS platforms with HRIS, ATS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of Business Process design and optimization, particularly in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR technology workflows.
- Relevant experience working with AI/ML products, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and up-to-date architectural patterns (distributed systems, event-driven architectures) is highly beneficial.
