Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil or Mechanical Engineering candidate with 1–2 years of experience to join our team as an MIS Executive. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, collecting data from office/site teams, monitoring project-related information, and providing accurate reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from office and site teams.
- Maintain project-related records, trackers, and databases.
- Monitor work progress, material status, manpower, and other site/office activities.
- Prepare Excel-based reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with Civil/Mechanical site engineers and other departments for timely data collection.
- Identify discrepancies in data and ensure accurate reporting.




- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Support management with regular reports and data analysis.
- Perform other MIS and coordination activities as assigned.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, filters, sorting, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of Civil or Mechanical engineering/project activities.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with both office and site teams.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prepare reports within deadlines.

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in MIS, project coordination, site reporting, or engineering office/site work.
- Freshers with strong Excel and reporting skills may also be considered, if suitable.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proficient in Excel, valuable at data handling, and comfortable coordinating with site and office teams.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate's experience.
