Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the Events / MICE / Experiential industry.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in stage design, theme development, event branding, print-ready artwork and event collaterals, with a robust understanding of how creative concepts are translated into actual event setups.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop creative concepts, event themes and visual identities for corporate events, conferences, dealer meets, award nights and product launches.

-Design stages, LED screens, backdrops, entrance gates, registration areas, photo booths and venue branding.

-Create print-ready artwork for backdrops, standees, flex/vinyl, signage, invitations, certificates, merchandise and event collaterals.

-Ensure correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour modes and production specifications.

-Adapt designs according to venue dimensions and production requirements.

-Create mood boards,



theme boards and visual references from client briefs.

-Coordinate with Client Servicing, Production, Operations, printers and fabricators.

-Handle multiple projects, revisions and tight event deadlines.

Software Skills

Mandatory: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & CorelDRAW

Added Advantage: InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, SketchUp / Basic 3D & AI Design Tools

Preferred Experience

-1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design.

-Prior experience in Events / MICE / Experiential / Exhibition preferred.

-Hands-on experience in Stage Design, Theme Design, Event Branding & Print/Production Artwork.

-Event/MICE portfolio is mandatory.

-Strong knowledge of print and production artwork.

-Good understanding of dimensions, scale, resolution and printing processes.

-Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.

-Ability to understand and execute creative briefs independently.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight event deadlines.
