About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager / AGM for the central Brand and Communications team. You will own brand communication end to end and lead 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and social, for customers, partners and employees.

What You Will Do

- Plan and run 360° brand campaigns from strategy to execution across ATL, BTL, digital and social.
- Keep brand voice, visual identity and messaging consistent across all channels.
- Write and shape brand stories for customers, partners and employees.
- Drive social media content and creative campaigns with the digital team.
- Manage creative, media and social agencies on timelines and budgets.
- Lead internal communication with HR and leadership for launches, initiatives and culture programs.
- Set campaign KPIs, track performance and use brand health insights to improve.

What We Are Looking For

- 9 to 12 years in brand, marketing communications or integrated marketing.
- At least 3 to 4 years leading large-scale brand campaigns end to end.




- Experience in a central brand team, handling both internal and external communication.
- Robust storytelling, copywriting and creative judgement.
- Hands-on with social media content and digital campaigns, with awareness work that goes beyond digital.
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- MBA from a reputed B-School preferred.

- Media planning knowledge
- Using AI tools beyond basic copywriting and image generation
- B2B, SaaS or tech brand experience
