Role Description The Management Intern role is an internship position is 3 months unpaid internship with certificate of completion designed to provide hands-on experience in organizational planning and project support in a remote work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in the coordination of learning programs, supporting internal and external communications, gathering and organizing data for reports, and helping track project timelines and deliverables. The intern may also participate in research on leadership, employability, and behavioral transformation topics,
and help prepare presentations and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. This internship encourages proactive collaboration with team members, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn within a fast-evolving organization.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, emails, and presentations.
- Analytical and research capabilities, with comfort working with data, summaries, and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations).
- Interest in management, leadership development, neuroscience-based learning, AI-enabled solutions, or behavioral transformation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while collaborating effectively with a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in management, business, psychology, education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a growth mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous skill development.
