Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Payroll Consultant to lead Payroll functional activities across Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Oracle HCM/Payroll experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Elements, Fast Formula, Balances, Retro Pay, Proration, Costing, and Payroll Reconciliation.
- Experience with HDL/HSDL, payroll integrations, data conversion, and parallel testing.
- Strong client-facing and functional consulting skills.

Good to Have: Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification, US Payroll, OTL, Absence, Advantages, Core HR, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher experience.
