Job Overview

VSP ASTRA Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment. The role requires excellent English communication skills, strong candidate engagement abilities, and the confidence to work closely with hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, technical skills, communication, compensation, availability, and job requirements.




- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and prioritize open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate status updates, and follow-up activities.
- Support offer coordination, candidate negotiations, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with exposure to IT or staffing recruitment. Solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills are expected.
